Avocado Addict

Nothing is more appetizing than sea foam green – obviously. This spread combines the healthy fat from avocado and the essential proteins found in beans. Try it on toast with a fried egg or as a substitute for mayo on a club sandwich. It’s colorful and tasty, but it might make you fart. 

 

Yields 4 cups

 

Ingredients

2 avocados

1 14oz can of white beans

Juice of 4 limes

Salt

 

Procedure

Combine avocados, beans, lime juice and salt in a food processor. Blitz the hell out of it (or at least until smooth.)
